We have had 2 new registrars start with us this month! Dr Monique de Pedro and Dr Steven Khor.
GP registrars are fully qualified doctors with at least several years of hospital training and are completing GP specialty training. The Practice would not function without their presence. The older doctors provide teaching, mentoring and support. Whilst doing so, they frequently learn just as much as their Registrars, has they have been taught the most up to date protocols.
Dr Monique and Dr Steven are great to see for appointments as they as available sooner than many of our other GPS.
All of our doctors work as a team, this includes the registrars. If Dr Monique or Dr Steven have a query or concern during a consult, they will ask one of the other Doctors for their option or advice.
