Megan has been at our practice since 2001 and takes a special interest in children’s and women’s health. She is registered in shared antenatal care.

Dr Nigel Woodhead

Nigel has been with the practice since 2007. He is our only male doctor and takes a special interest in children and men’s health.

Dr Silvia Fragiacomo

Silvia is our fabulous Italian-speaking doctor. She has been with us since 2009 and completed her time as a registrar in 2020. Silvia is registered for antenatal shared care with Canterbury Hospital and RPA.

Angela has been with us since 2016 and takes a special interest in antenatal care, breastfeeding and mental health. Angela is also registered in antenatal shared care with Canterbury hospital and RPA.

Dr Melissa Tanner

Melissa has been with the practice since 2013. She takes a special interest in antenatal care, mental health and health of the whole family. She is registered for antenatal shared care with Canterbury and RPA.

Dr Michael Liu 
MBBS (Syd)

Michael grew up in the Inner West of Sydney. He attended the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine in 2015. Michael has previously worked as an Emergency Registrar at St Vincent’s, Concord, Wagga Wagga and Sutherland Hospital.

Dr Neda Beik 
MBBS (Syd), FRACGP

Neda began her medical training earning her Bachelor of Medicine from Sydney University in 2011. Neda completed her intern and residency at RPA working primarily across OBGYN, Pediatrics and multiple surgical specialties. In 2017 she  became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

RN Catherine Gomez

Catherine has been with us since 2022 and endeavours to provide quality care and service. Catherine obtained her Master of Nursing in 2014, she has spent the majority of her career in nursing in Spinal Injury, New Zealand. She has since worked in aged care and private school nursing since moving to Australia.

Adele Di Manno 
Practice Manager

Adele has been the practice manager at First Avenue for over 10 years. Adele is responsible for coordinating quality improvement and efficiency of the practice as a whole.
