Our Practice
The First Avenue Family Practice is a fully accredited general practice providing good quality medical care to all ages, races and religions. We currently have 9 GPs who are committed to working as a team with each other, allied health professionals and administration staff.
We deal with acute and chronic care, children’s health, psychological health, vaccinations, travel advice, skin checks, male and female checks. We participate in antenatal shared care with RPA and Canterbury Hospitals.
Our family-friendly practice has full wheelchair accessibility, as well as activities to keep the children busy.
We are connected with the Australian interpreter service, which is easily accessible by phone call and can assist you while in consultation with the doctor. We also have an Italian-speaking doctor and some Italian-speaking administration staff.
